Litopenaeus vannamei is an important model crustacean, which has a strong ability to adapt to saline-alkali stress. At present, it has gradually become one of the economic aquaculture species in saline-alkali water fishery. Therefore, this study explored the molecular and metabolic mechanisms of activation in Litopenaeus vannamei under different stress treatments, and provided new insights into the coping strategies of Litopenaeus vannamei in the environment. This study will be divided into 4 groups ( control group, high pH group, high alkalinity group, high pH-high alkalinity interaction group ), and tissue samples were collected from 4 groups. Based on the transcriptome and metabolome data of Litopenaeus vannamei, the response mechanism under different treatment conditions was studied, and differentially expressed genes and differentially abundant metabolites were identified in different treatment groups.
