Patient-specific finite element model and experimental interface pressure data for transtibial residuum-socket interaction - IMPRINT

This dataset supports the study "Prosthetic Socket Fit and Residual Limb Loading During Gait: Findings from 6 Transtibial Amputee Patients" (Matray et al.). It contains data for six participants : - FEA/: Patient-specific finite element model of the residuum-socket interaction, including surface mesh geometry (femur, tibia, liner, in .sat format), Abaqus model-building and post-processing scripts (Python), job input file (.inp), and simulated vs. measured interface pressure output. Two model variants are included, corresponding to different assumptions regarding residuum-socket contact.- Force_Sensors/: Raw force sensor data from a custom-made pressure-sensing system (sensors positioned at distal and proximal, medial, lateral, anterior and posterior sites on the residual limb), including per-sensor calibration files, tare recordings, and multiple gait trials recorded during treadmill walking.
