The STALWART Truth Engine is an open-source, local-first forensic analysis framework designed to ingest raw legislative text and process it through a modular, 5-pillar audit architecture. This tool operates as a neutral forensic pipeline; it does not assign political values, but instead maps legislative language against objective metrics of corporate influence, human impact, and governmental authority. Mission: The primary goal of this framework is to provide complete transparency for proposed legislation. By automating the extraction and cross-referencing of bill contents, STALWART enables a public audit that empowers voters with the full context of how a bill is constructed, who funded its promotion, and exactly who it affects. The engine is specifically engineered to identify "predatory laws"—legislation designed to harm the public while disguised as beneficial or routine policy. Forensic Modules: The engine analyzes legislative text across five critical vectors: Human Impact: Analysis of projected socio-economic shifts affecting local communities. Environmental Impact: Identification of regulatory rollbacks or containment risks. Money Trail: Systematic tracking of public funding and subsidy structures. Corporate Influence & Bribery: Cross-referencing of bill sponsors with federal campaign finance data (via FEC API) to flag potential conflicts of interest, illegal corporate influence, or "bought" legislation. Totalitarian Overreach: Detection of language expanding surveillance, government control, or restrictions on civil liberties. Call to Action: This project is currently in active development.
