README – Supporting files for manuscript This archive contains all necessary data, scripts, and outputs to reproduce the ecological niche modeling and analyses presented in the manuscript currently under peer review. The contents are structured as follows: 1. Calibration_results Contains results from the ecological niche model calibration process, including model performance metrics, environmental suitability rasters, and associated outputs for each species. 2. Code_for_replication Includes R scripts used to run the modeling workflow, process input data, and generate figures. These scripts require the environmental layers provided and are organized for full reproducibility. 3. Exploratory_figures Plots showing the environmental temperature values associated with species occurrence records. These help characterize species’ thermal niches. 4. Results_median_substraction_figures Figures showing the difference in environmental suitability between present-day and future climate change scenarios, calculated using a median subtraction approach. 5. Suitability_figures Maps of predicted environmental suitability for each species under current and projected climate conditions.
