Determine the localization of chromatin remodelers using CUT&RUN CUT&RUN was performed on ~30-40 million cells using the Anti-FLAG M2 monoclonal antibody and pAG-Mnase. As a control, CUT&RUN was performed in the parental cell line, with no FLAG tag, as a control for accessbility bias of the pAG-Mnase.
