The polygonal Subdivision layer is a representation of subdivided land as it currently exists within Jefferson County, Colorado (as of the last update). If a portion or entirety of a subdivision has been resubdivided, only the most current subdivision is shown (the data has no historical subdivision boundaries). Subdivisions as show are spatially coincident with, and will be updated at the same frequency as, the County parcel data. Boundaries as shown are for assessment purposes only and are not survey accurate. They should not be used for legal conveyance. No statements are made as to the completeness of this data.
