Infogravity 4.7 : Descriptive Closure under Coarse–Graining: From Statistical Regimes to Emergent Geometry

Infogravity 4.7 establishes the core stability principles underlying the Infogravity program. It introduces descriptive stability as the criterion determining when effective physical structure can persist under irreversible coarse–graining. Regimes are defined operationally as resolution bands in which information loss, Fisher–geometric structure, and effective dimensionality remain stable. Regime boundaries are identified by a universal triple–coincidence diagnostic, providing domain-limited falsifiability without model fitting or microscopic assumptions. This paper completes the regime–diagnostics core of Infogravity, fixing the notions of stability, attractors, and regime transitions that all later phenomenological and cosmological extensions must inherit unchanged.
