Zooplankton spectral bioluminescence database

The dataset consists of spectral bioluminescence measurements of various zooplankton taxa collected from Mid-Norway and Svalbard. It is collected as a part of the RCN project 315728 \"Light as a Cue for Life in the Arctic and Northern Seas (LightLife)\". The dataset is based on the measurements for the MSc thesis of Hedda Førde \"Glow and Know – Evaluating the Potential of Spectral Bioluminescence as a Tool for Zooplankton Identification in situ\" (NTNU, 2024) and contains raw data, analyzing code as well as extracted parameters.
