ODDEA Malaysia Dataset: Digital divide – focus group

The enclosed Malaysian expert-panel report documents a qualitative thematic coding analysis of a digitalisation and digital-divide discussion involving eight participants (P01–P08) from banking, cryptology and personal-data protection, automotive operations, solar project management, cybersecurity and digital-economy policy. It presents eight analytical themes, with code definitions, selected verbatim quotes, anonymous participant identifiers and time stamps. The themes address people, processes and data; service value and competition; operational intelligence; security and trust; regulation; adoption skills; ecosystem support; and AI-related future demands.
