NsdD has been shown to regulate the sexual conidiation and inhibit the asexual conidiation process in filamentous fungi . Here, we prove that MaNsdD is involved in the mycelial development and conidiation of Metarhizium acridum, and regulates the conidiation pattern shift in M. acridum.
