Gene expression patterns underlying thermal tolerance of 3 Hawaiian coral species

This study seeks to identify the stress response toolkit, from cell to whole organism, and metabolic phenotype of thermally tolerant coral species. The ultimate goal is to provide knowledge to help corals persist in the face of climate change, e.g. supporting conservation strategies.
