The Chairman's Notes (also known as Addenda Books) comprise notes made by the Chairman of the Trustees of the Cemetery Trust in the course of a meeting of Trustees. Notes relate to agenda items, discussion and decisions of the Trustees. At times the Chairman's Notes match the minutes of the Trustees meetings. At other times there is additional information that was not included in the minutes. Where minutes are missing the Chairman's Notes can be used as a substitute for the minutes.
