资源简介:
In this project, affective functioning was examined among shift workers who worked at least one night shift during the course of one week. This was measured with short questionnaires sent out at three different times of the day, every day for one week. Affective functioning consists of positive and negative affect, as well as emotion regulation. The aim of the project was to examine the relationship between shift work, and thus variation in sleep and wakefulness, and affective functioning. The hypothesis was that participants would experience more adaptive affective functioning when working day shifts and having days off, compared to when working night shifts. The research plan and hypotheses are preregistered in the Open Science Framework (OSF): https://osf.io/ftwqm
