Bead Image FWHM Data

Uploaded zip-folder contains the following files: 21 Excel Worksheets (.xlsx) corresponding to parameters extracted from imaged bead volumes, adjusted to three refractive indices ( RI = 1.4, 1.45, 1.5) , for seven objective correction collar positions (CC = 11, 13, 15, 17, 19, 21, 23). The columns in each spreadsheet correspond to the bead index, centre X-, Y-, Z- positions (in pixels), and X-, Y- and Z- FWHM and Z-sectioning (in µm).
