Transcriptomic profiling of bovine PBMCs from Bos indicus and Bos taurus infected with Schmallenberg virus and bluetongue virus

This study compares the transcriptome of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from Bos indicus and Bos taurus cattle following in vitro infection with Schmallenberg virus (SBV) and bluetongue virus (BTV). RNA-seq was performed to characterize host gene-expression dynamics across multiple temperatures and time points.
