We are trying to quantify differences between the transformed in vivo-expanded cells and non-transformed ex vivo plasma cells isolated from paired donors. we observed strong enrichment for several pathways in EBV+IgM+ B cells including nuclear factor kappa B (NF𝛋B) activation and Myc targets. And, Genes associated with BCR-regulated pathways were upregulated in EBV+IgM+ B cells. Enriched hCD45+ in vivo expanded tranformed human B cells derived from NSG mice receiving human differentitated B cells
