Long Term Care - Residential Care

Presents the locations of DSHS-licensed Long Term Care Adult Family Homes, Assisted Living Facilities, and Enhanced Services Facilities. Also presents the business locations of Certified Residential Service and Supports Providers and their Group Training Homes when available. The data is extracted nightly from the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) Home and Community Living Administration's (HCLA) source system and geocoded using the the Washington Managed Address Services (WAMAS) address correction and geocoding tool. This is the same data that is available in the lookup tools in the Residential Care Services web site with the addition of location data columns. Note: All current and archived records since the initial load on 3/9/2020 are provided in this dataset. Filter on GDLArchiveDate is NULL to work with only the current records.本数据集收录了经华盛顿州社会与健康服务部（Washington State Department of Social and Health Services, DSHS）许可的长期护理成人家庭住宅（Long Term Care Adult Family Homes）、辅助生活设施（Assisted Living Facilities）及增强服务设施（Enhanced Services Facilities）的位置信息，同时收录经认证的住宅服务与支持提供商及其团体培训住宅（Group Training Homes，若有可用数据）的经营场所位置。 本数据集每日晚间从华盛顿州社会与健康服务部（DSHS）下属家庭与社区生活管理局（Home and Community Living Administration, HCLA）的源系统中提取数据，并通过华盛顿托管地址服务（Washington Managed Address Services, WAMAS）的地址校正与地理编码工具完成地理编码。 该数据集与住宅护理服务网站查询工具中可用的数据内容完全一致，仅额外新增了位置数据列。 注意：本数据集涵盖自2020年3月9日首次加载以来的全部当前及存档记录。若仅需使用当前记录，可通过筛选GDLArchiveDate字段为NULL实现。
