项目以NCIADH不燃胶黏剂制备技术、NSCFR阻燃剂制备技术、无烟不燃木基复合材料增强阻燃层制备三项技术为基础,成功地研发出具有不同功能的无烟不燃家具装饰木基复合材、地板木基复合材、墙体木基复合材和结构工程用木基复合材。采用模压冷固化技术,制备出在800℃明火下无烟不燃烧的NSCFR高效阻燃剂,在1000℃明火下5小时内高阻燃抑烟性能的结构单元,实现后续生产的规格化、标准化和模块化。
This project is based on three core technologies: the preparation technology of NCIADH non-combustible adhesives, the preparation technology of NSCFR flame retardants, and the preparation technology of reinforced flame-retardant layers for smoke-free non-combustible wood-based composites. It has successfully developed smoke-free non-combustible wood-based composite materials with diverse functions, including those for furniture decoration, flooring, wall construction and structural engineering. By adopting cold compression curing technology, the project has prepared NSCFR high-efficiency flame retardants that are smoke-free and non-combustible under open fire at 800℃, as well as structural units with excellent flame retardancy and smoke suppression performance within 5 hours under open fire at 1000℃, thus realizing the standardization, normalization and modularization of subsequent production.
