Conclusion: Otud1-/- mice are more sensitive to azoxymethane(AOM)-Dextran sulfate (DSS) induced colon tumorigenesis 6 weeks WT and Otud1-/- C57BL/6 male mice were Intraperitoneal injection AOM at the day 0, followed by 3 cycles of 4 days 1.5% DSS and 14 days water. At day 81, Then distal tumor-filled colon was taken out and the RNA is extracted by Trizol method, followed by eukaryotic RNA-seq and associated analysis
