Light quality is an important factor that influences the growth and development of potato plantlets grown in vitro. We revealed the potential mechanism underlying how monochromatic light of red, blue, and green and their combination (red and blue, red, blue, and green) affected the morphological and physiological and biochemical characteristics of potato plantlets grown in vitro with white light as control by RNA-Seq.
