Autocycler: assemblies and reference genomes

This archive contains long-read assemblies generated by various tools, as well as the high-accuracy reference genomes used for benchmarking. The reference genomes were created using Trycycler followed by short-read polishing with Polypolish and Pypolca, and serve as the ground truth for evaluating assembly accuracy in the associated study.
