Survey Dataset on the Determinants of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Implementation Gaps in Ethiopia's Brewery Industry

This dataset contains survey responses collected from employees, supervisors, managers, and administrative staff working in Ethiopian brewery firms. The data were used to examine organizational, institutional, and stakeholder-related factors influencing the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) implementation gap within the Ethiopian brewery industry. The dataset includes demographic variables, Likert-scale measurements, and composite constructs used for descriptive, correlation, reliability, and multiple regression analyses.
