List of monuments

Cultural monuments must be protected by law and must be entered in a list, the so-called list of monuments. The owners concerned will be notified of the inclusion in the list of monuments. At the same time, the list of monuments is published here and updated weekly. The list of monuments is not final, but is constantly reviewed, supplemented and cleaned.

All “cultural monuments of special importance” previously registered in the “Denkmalbuch” according to the Monument Protection Act of 2015 have been automatically incorporated into the new list of monuments, but their representations have not yet been definitively updated (description, scope of protection).

文化遗产必须依法予以保护，并需纳入名录，即所谓的文化遗产名录（list of monuments）。相关所有权人将被告知其所属财产被纳入该文化遗产名录。与此同时，本平台将发布该文化遗产名录，并每周进行更新。该名录并非终局性文件，而是会持续接受审核、补充与清理。

依据2015年《古迹保护法》，此前在《Denkmalbuch》中完成登记的所有“具有特殊重要性的文化遗产”，已自动纳入新版文化遗产名录，但其相关记载内容尚未完成最终更新（含描述信息、保护范围）。
