National surveillance of Streptococcus dysgalactiae infections in Norway

Streptococcus dysgalactiae isolates collected as part of National Surveillance of Antibiotic Resistance in Microbes (NORM) in Norway. All microbiological laboratories in the country submit Streptococcus dysgalactiae isolates from a predefined time period and set of sample materials. The surveillance was first performed in 2018, including blood culture isolates and non invasive isolates.
