We aimed to explore the characteristics of gut microbiota in acute ischemic stroke with hyperlipidemia (AISH) patients, and develop a detection model to predict the occurrence of adverse outcomes in AISH patients. Fecal samples of 231 AISH patients were collected within 72 hours of admission, and were further analyzed using 16s RNA gene sequencing followed by a comprehensive bioinformatic analysis.
