Tracking Sulfur Poisoning of Pd/Al2O3 Catalysts for Methane Oxidation on Different Complexity Scales

This dataset contains ex situ X-ray holotomography measurements of structured monolith catalysts coated with Pd/Al₂O₃, used for methane oxidation. The 3D tomographic datasets capture the internal structure and morphology of catalyst samples subjected to different sulfur exposure conditions, representing fresh (unpoisoned), short-term sulfur-poisoned, and long-term sulfur-poisoned states. Measurements include different axial positions along the monolith i.e. inlet and outlet, providing spatially resolved insights into the structural effects of sulfur poisoning during catalytic operation.
