Structural and functional analyses of full-length cDNAs. Dictyostelium discoideum

The "Dictyostelium cDNA Project in Japan" was initiated in 1996 in an attempt to undertake the structural and functional analyses of whole expressed genes in D. discoideum at various life cycle stages. The project was funded by several grants from the Japanese government and volunteered time by the project's contributors. All of the results are publicly available.
