When asked how much they spent on consumer electronics in 2018, approximately 50 percent of Italians between 25 and 34 years of age said that they spent the same amount of money as in the previous years. On the other hand, among the youngest (18-24 years old) a significant amount of respondents, 34 percent, declared to having spent more than the previous year. This figure drastically decreased among elderly people (around 11 percent).
