To investigate the TNF-a in the regulation of L929 cells.We performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of L929 cells activated by TNF-a. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for L929 cells and L929 cells activated by TNF-a of 10ng/ml and actinomycin d of 1µg/ml.
