Performance Measurement of Information Technology Contribution to the Mangunkerta Village Government Website, Cianjur

Villages have an important role in a government because villages are the main social level of society that supports the central government system. Meanwhile, village management is currently quite advanced with the adoption of information technology, so that almost all community activities and administration can be managed with the village government website application. This study uses the Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) methodology to evaluate the effectiveness of the performance of the village government website. In addition, the IT Balanced Scorecard is used to measure the performance of the current website system activities, namely the performance of information technology. A survey was conducted on 100 respondents who used information systems in the company. The survey results identified 4 (four) new factors, namely information quality factors, information system integration factors, application usability factors, and IT division service or support factors, which turned out to have a major influence on overall system performance. Of the four factors formed, they can then be considered as independent variables that can be associated with the output factor score from the factor analysis process and can also be associated with the value of understanding the measurement results as a dependent variable so that optimal results are obtained. The results of this study contribute to the organization because of the formation of an IT performance measurement model as a follow-up to the implementation of the village government website.
