Sequence-dependent shape and stiffness parameters for DNA and RNA duplexes at the hexanucleotide scale

The data contain sequence-dependent shape and harmonic stiffness parameters for all DNA and RNA hexanucleotide sequences (hexamers_csv.zip). The coordinate and stiffness heatmaps for visual inspection are also provided (hexamers_heatmaps.zip). Furthermore, we provide the Python script (kmer_packing.py) implementing our deep-first search algorithm to create a minimal sequence containing all k-mers, and a set of scripts (shell, Python, Matlab) to create the csv files containing model parameters from MD data (scripts.zip).
