Supplementary Data for "Gosha: a database of organisms with experimentally defined optimal growth temperatures"

The data provided in this document are associated with the manuscript initially published as a BioRxiv preprint, which can be accessed at: <strong>https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2021.12.21.473645v1.abstract</strong> <br> The dataset "all_species_temperatures" includes records that describe the sources of optimal growth temperature values for each organism. Additionally, it includes a consensus optimal growth temperature, which represents the median value in cases where temperature values are obtained from different databases. <br> The datasets named "ncbi_temperatures" comprise the current datasets of NCBI-deposited complete genomes that have been annotated by us with respect to the optimal growth temperature of bacterial, archaeal and eukaryotic species.
