In 2020, Naver's second-hand services Naver Cafe and Joonggonara were the platforms with the highest case number of buyers reporting damage when buying second-hand articles, accumulating to around 121.9 thousand reported cases in South Korea. The platform with the least reports filed was Daangn Market, also called Karrot Market, despite its popularity.
