VPRS 14681 General Ledger

This series consists of the general ledgers of the Great Ocean Road Trust (Unit 1) and post - 1933 the Great Ocean Road Trust Pty Ltd. The general ledger comprises all accounts necessary for the compilation of the finance statements required by the agency. It is common for a general ledger to comprise a single account to represent the total of the individual accounts in each of the subsidiary ledgers.Sections of accounts cover the whole of the trust and Company's dealings including Government lands, sales of land, expenses of the construction of the road and receipts from donations and from tolls charged for the use of the road.
