T helper cells produce extracellular vesicles. These vesicles have the ability to enter naive B cells. In our work we characterized protein, RNA and miRNA content. In this experiment, we sequenced RNA which is larger than 200bp and lower than 200bp to discriminate and enrich for long RNA products such as mRNA, lnRNA and miRNA.
