Functional maps for "Oromotor functional networks in the marmoset monkey"
收藏资源简介:
This deposit contains the group-level and subject-level functional maps supporting the study "Oromotor functional networks in the marmoset monkey", acquired with ultra-high-field fMRI at 9.4 T. Data were collected from 11 awake, head-fixed marmosets across 90 functional runs. Oromotor movement events were identified from corresponding videos using the positional changes of the facial landmarks obtained from a deep learning network (ResNet50 - DeepLabCut). See the Materials and Method section of the relevant study for more information about the analysis pipeline. All maps are in the space of the NIH marmoset brain atlas (Liu et al., 2018) at 0.5 mm isotropic resolution. Main Analysis: subject-level and group-level functional maps for the oromotor > baseline, conspecific auditory > baseline, and oromotor > auditory contrast Threshold Sensitivity: subject-level and group-level functional maps for the oromotor > baseline contrast, recomputed using event sets defined at fixed detection thresholds of 2, 3.5 and 5 SD. These analyses use 43 runs from 9 monkeys in which events were detected at all three thresholds.
