This is a large synthetic dataset (n=10,000), generated using a Gaussian mixture model based on the A3130 sample set.<br>The RData object has two attributes: data - holds the count data of OTU abundances. Rows are samples and columns are OTUs.labels - a corresponding label for each sample in data.<br>
