RNA-seq analysis was performed using pancreatic islet samples from flox mice and beta-cell specific CtBP2 KO mice. Pancreatic beta cell specific CtBP2 KO mice were generated by crossing CtBP2 flox mice into Ins1-Cre transgenic mice. Pancreatic islets were isolated from flox and KO mice and the isolated RNAs were subjected to the RNA-seq analysis.
