Greenhouse growth experiment with soil from Sault Ste Marie Ontario, Canada. Sorghum Sudangrass was exposed to 4 levels (0%, 0.2%, 1.0%, 3.0%) of polyester microplastic fibers with and without inoculating with 13 species of Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF). DNA was extracted after 105 days of growth from within the plant roots. The 18s rRNA gene was sequencing to target AMF.
