Increased gene expression in the peridontium of unopposed molars in rats

We used microarrays to detail gene expression underlying post-emergent tooth eruption and identified distinct classes of up-regulated genes during this process.我们利用基因芯片（microarray）详细解析了牙齿萌出后期过程中的基因表达特征，并在此过程中鉴定出了不同类别的上调表达基因。
