OIMHS dataset

OIMHS dataset consists of 3859 B-scan images of 119 patients with pixel annotation of retina, macular hole, intraretinal cysts, and choroid. The quality of each image was evaluated including low signal strength, signal shield and image blur. We believe this dataset will allow interested researchers to better segment macular holes and train their models, which will benefit the further development of macular hole segmentation and clinical research.

OIMHS数据集包含119名患者的3859张B-scan图像，并针对视网膜、黄斑裂孔（macular hole）、视网膜内囊肿（intraretinal cysts）以及脉络膜（choroid）完成了像素级标注。研究人员对每张图像的质量进行了评估，评估维度涵盖低信号强度、信号遮蔽与图像模糊。我们相信，该数据集可帮助相关研究人员更精准地开展黄斑裂孔分割任务并优化模型训练，从而助力黄斑裂孔分割技术的进一步发展以及相关临床研究的推进。
