Genome-wide Association Mapping for Seed Vigor and Longevity Traits in Finger Millet (Eleusine coracana)

This project utilizes Genotyping-by-Sequencing (GBS) data from 221 finger millet accessions. Genomic DNA was extracted from the seeds of these accessions and sequenced using Illumina paired-end sequencing technology. The objective is to perform genome-wide association mapping to identify genetic markers associated with seed vigor and longevity traits.
