Healthy human kidney cell type single cell RNA-seq data

The datasets contain single cell RNA sequencing data from healthy human kidneys. Samples were collected from healthy humans who were donating the kidney for the purpose of transplantation. Biopsies to obtain the samples were performed before the kidney was placed in the recipient to obtain cell states representative of the healthy donor.
