Data for: Viementin networks at high strains

This repository contains experimental data from optical trapping measurements conducted at laser powers of 130 mW and 260 mW. The dataset includes results for actin and vimentin filaments under various velocity conditions. <br>
Each data file name encodes the velocity condition under which it was recorded (For example: number-vX.h5, where vX represents the specific velocity (e.g., v1, v2, etc.)).<br>
Each dataset is named according to the corresponding velocity condition used during the experiment.<br>
<b>Actin Data</b>: All actin measurements were collected at a laser power of 130 mW.<br>
<b>Vimentin Data</b>: All vimentin measurements are organized in the respective folders for each figure presented in the manuscript.<br>
The laser power used for each velocity condition is specified in the README file within each respective folder.</b><br>
