Raw Sequencing Reads from mRNA-seq and WGBS for lys3 Mutants of Barley (Hordeum vulgare)

LYS3 encodes a prolamin-box-binding transcription factor that controls embryo growth and the expression of various genes during grain development in barley. In this project, we profiled the transcriptomes and methylomes of three high-lysine mutants (lys3a, lys3b, and lys3c) in three different cultivars of barley (Bomi, Bowman, and Sloop).
