PUD Development Activity

This dataset contains polygons representing approved Planned Unit Development (PUD), Planned Rural Development (PRD) and Planned Special Development (PSD) areas. A Planned Unit Development (PUD) is a specialized district which allows innovative design techniques for site specific development. These areas include residential and non-residential entitlements for development. The total number of residential and non-residential units that have been approved for each PUD is provided with the percentage of units that have been constructed to date.本数据集包含表征已获批规划单元开发区（Planned Unit Development, PUD）、规划乡村开发区（Planned Rural Development, PRD）及规划特殊开发区（Planned Special Development, PSD）范围的多边形要素。规划单元开发区（PUD）是一类允许针对特定场地开发采用创新设计手法的专用片区，此类区域涵盖住宅与非住宅开发的合法开发权限。数据集提供了每个PUD已获批的住宅及非住宅单元总数，以及截至当前已建成单元的占比。
