The Wolbachia is a common endosymbiont in insects. For investigating the interaction between Wolbachia and its host yellow crazy ant (Anoplolepis gracilipes), a subset of Wolbachia (wAgra; MLST: ST52) genome contigs was separated from its host using de novo assembly and mega-blastn (e-value < 1e-20 against to other Wolbachia (wRi and wMel) genome). This assembly excluded short contigs (<250 bp). BUSCO analysis of this assembly found 187 single-copy BUSCOs out of 219 in total (proteobacteria_odb10 dataset).
