Genomic Landscape of Local Prostate Cancer in Sardinia Population

The germline risk mutations and somatic drivers that revealed by current prostate cancer genomic studies based on Caucasian mostly. Underrepresentation from racial and ethnic minorities included in the genomic studies on prostate cancer poses a serious challenge to the universalization of their discoveries.Our objective is to verify the documented germline risk mutations and somatic drivers and identify the novel germline risk mutations and somatic drivers in prostate cancer in Sardinia population.
