This dataset includes data of seventy-six thermographic images from 19 recreational runners, before and after a 10-km outdoor run. Mean skin temperature was obtained in 11 anterior and 11 posterior ROIs automatically using ThermoHuman, or by Manual analysis (ROI delineation based on general template), or Manual-TH (manual replication of the same ROI delimitations generated by ThermoHuman).
