Data for Microplastic transport and ecological impacts on the Yangtze River Estuary: a coupled modeling approach
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains the essential input files for simulating fish population dynamics under microplastic stress. p.mat and t.mat define the spatial geometry of the study area, providing the node coordinates and triangular element connectivity for the finite element mesh. concentration_final.mat stores the interpolated spatial distribution of microplastic pollutants used as the environmental stressor. The biological parameters are provided in r.mat and k.mat, which contain the seasonal intrinsic growth rates and environmental carrying capacities derived from habitat suitability models. Finally, the CORA2 NetCDF files (covering Jan, Mar, Jul, Nov 2019) provide the raw regional oceanographic reanalysis data (e.g., temperature and salinity) that served as the source for calculating these biological parameters.
